This interactive, in-person training introduces early childhood educators to the Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP) 2025, California's formative assessment instrument designed to document children's learning, development, and progress. Participants will gain an overview of the purpose, structure, and key features of the updated DRDP 2025, including developmental domains, measures, and rating levels. Through discussion, guided practice, and real-world examples, participants will explore how ongoing observation and documentation inform accurate ratings and support responsive, individualized teaching. This session is ideal for educators who are new to the DRDP or are transitioning to the 2025 version.
