Community Advisory Committee (CAC)

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is made up of parents and other individuals with a personal or professional interest in ensuring that students with disabilities have access to appropriate servics.  The CAC membership represents the geographic, ethnic, and socioeconomic makeup of the community it serves, including representatives from each of the Riverside County SELPA member LEAs. The mission of our CAC is to create a network of parents, students, educators, and community members to promote equity and access for ALL children.  Our goal is to serve as a link between home, school, and community and to empower parents and caregivers to actively participate and become effective partners in the education of their child(ren).
